Artists of all calibers join together to showcase their work during the Artwalk in Downtown Santa Ana. On the first Saturday of every month, the vibrant scene gives visibility to painters, musicians, dancers, fashion designers and other artists despite their level of previous recognition.
These handmade wallets, as well as other fashion vendors, are first on display as you enter the plaza.
Artists are able to display their work within venues for a more personal experience.
Attendees window shop for galleries until they find one that peaks their interest, like this all organic exhibit.
Jewelry maker Debbie Felix collects flowers to incorporate into her rings, necklaces and other pieces that she sells during the Artwalk every month.
Even in the crowded atmospheres of the plazas, vendors love to interact and share their work with attendees.
Different venues across the nightlife host different galleries.
The galleries have something for everyone, whether you want to get lost in art or just look at pretty pictures.
The event isn’t located in just one area; the Artwalk is spread out throughout all of Downtown Santa Ana with plazas within walking distance of each other.
Plush toys and other knick-knacks are created by hand and sold for reasonable prices during the event.
Fernando the Artist, a frequent painter involved with the Artwalk, ends the night by completing his piece that he started at the beginning of the night.
