Daisy Lagunas, 18, is tired of store bought pancake mix and has decided to make her own home made batter.
She started out by putting one cup of flour, two tablespoons of baking powder and one tablespoon of sugar into a bowl.
Two tablespoons of butter will be added into her mix after being fully melted.
One cup of any milk preference is required.
She makes sure to whisk all ingredients while adding milk into the bowl.
The final ingredient to be added into the mix is an egg.
Fresh homemade pancake batter has been made!
Heating up the pan to a medium temperature is important.
Daisy’s currently adding batter to heat up her first pancake.
Some pancakes have already been made.
Any preferred toppings can be added. Daisy decided to add sliced freshly cut strawberries as her first topping.
A warm stack of homemade pancakes are done and ready to be eaten.
Daisy wasn’t selfish and decided to share a plate full of happiness with her younger sister.
