It all starts with you. When you put your mind to it and you set a goal you can accomplish anything.
This is Brandon Aranda he is a trainer at this gym, PowerHouse Fitness.
Aranda is coaching a workout class and is helping each athlete reach their goal.
He is working out his arms by using the ropes, and is pushing himself to his limit.
To help train his athletes he needs to train himself every day. “You are your toughest opponent,” said Aranda.
These girls are doing planks to workout their core. Working out with a friend is a great way to stay motivated because you push each other to reach your goal.
“How can you motivate someone if you can’t motivate yourself?” said Aranda.
This is some of the equipment that is offered at the gym that anyone can use.
Aranda is giving a workout that includes mountain climbers to his class and is going to each person motivating them to help them reach their goal.
“When you finish a workout, or you see someone reach their goal that is the best feeling,” said Aranda.
